MISSED APPOINTMENTS

 

Missed appointments will be charged $50

Missed touch-up appointments will be charged a $100 fee when rebooked.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

 

Each appointment requires $50 booking fee. This fee is deducted from your total at checkout, after your appointment. Please note that booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Our 48-hour cancellation policy is FIRM & NON NEGOTIABLE. This policy stands for ALL appointment types, including 4-10 week touch-ups. If you cancel within this timeframe, your booking fee will be non-transferable and void. If you wish to cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour period, your booking fee may be transferred to the new appointment time. If you late-cancel/no-show for your 4-10 WEEK TOUCH-UP, you will be charged $100 at your next appointment.

 

IMPORTANT

We cannot work overall existing microblading/brow tattoos. We require that if you have any previous microblading or brow tattooing please send us clear photos without makeup on the brows that may suffice.  After the confirmation of the photos, you can book online.
